Title:  SEO Team Leaders -  Positions: 2
Job Description: 
We are seeking a bright, ambitious, and results-focused Team Leader to lead our SEO team and play a key role in our ongoing success. This person will plan, create, enact, and manage SEO strategies for clients and our web products.

Specific areas of expertise will include Search Engine Marketing (organic), Social Media Marketing and Web Analytics.
1. Find different alternatives, schemes and ways to generate natural and effective link building.
2. Work directly with clients and upper management to understand their marketing initiatives and to make recommendations for SEO activities which helps to build more traffic.
3. Manage on-page optimization for the given projects and responsible for all other activities carried out.
4. Handle the off-page optimization team related to handle the project.
5. Help to develop social medial marketing initiative for clients and strategy to grow.
6. Create web analytics reports (using Google Analytics) and provide insights to clients, as well as recommendations to the web team, to improve the performance of web solutions.
7.  Continue to learn new technologies, tackle new challenges, and grow professionally.
Desired Profile:
1. Bachelor’s degree required – Masters are preferable.
2. 3+ Yrs Of Experience in SEO.
3. Experience as a team leader
4. Basic HTML skills.
5. Strong SEO knowledge
6. Good amount of experience in link building
7. Interest in or experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
8. Interest in or experience with Facebook Fan page and twitter accounts.
9. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
10. Qualities must include attention to detail, strong verbal and written communications skills.
11. Proven ability to work on many tasks & projects simultaneously
Compensation commensurate with experience.
