Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Supervision and responsibility over multiple domains SEO campaigns.

On-site SEO product development of several domains in various business sectors.

Product and technical management of SEO development.

Contribute to the creation of a Worldwide SEO strategy.

On site natural search optimisation of all Group domains.

Keyword research in managed domains.

Reporting: produce regular progress reports to keep management team updated.

Analyse and report on performance for responsible domains.

Competitor analysis.

Assisting with writing of press releases; optimisation and distribution of these press releases.

The jobholder must be able to deal with a variety of people and issues at different levels within the organisation, requiring excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and to gain trust and respect without direct managerial control.

Desired Profile

The purpose of this role is to grow the Organic Search traffic of the groups various websites and to build a global SEO strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience and be able to supervise the technical development of SEO platforms, will have an expert understanding of reporting and have marketing experience as well as in-depth experience of Google Analytics.

The right candidate will have experience with product development and be able to identify, prioritise and negotiate technical improvements.

must have good written communication skills with experience in all aspects of SEO, you will be required to be autonomous, be responsible for the performance of multiple domains and be involved in budget discussions relating to SEO revenues.

The person must be able to hit the ground running.

Strong HTML skills required.

Programming background a plus.

Essential Skills &/or Experience

Top On-page Search engine optimisation experience.

Experience directly running or overseeing link-building campaigns.

Strong HTML skills.

Experience managing budgets.

Desirable Skills &/or Experience

Experience in managing projects is a plus.

Ability to work unsupervised.

PHP / SQL a plus.

Business English.

Creative thinker with knack for getting things done.

Any innovation / entrepreneurship background.
