Global VFX giant MPC is looking for hot- shot VFX professionals to be part of its Bangalore studio, for both Films and Advertising. Compositors – Film :

· Minimum 3 years of Compositing Experience

· Excellent knowledge of Nuke

· Experience of working on live action footage, CG, stock elements

· Thorough knowledge of keying, projections

· Previous experience of working with Linux desirable

· Understanding of lighting and photography would be an added advantage

Matchmove Artists – Film : 

· Minimum 2 years of experience

· Responsible for reproducing the geometry, camera movement and object movement of a live action shot in a 3D environment

· Knowledge of 3D Equalizer/Boujou and Maya required

C G Generalists - Film :

· Experience in Modelling & Texturing both.

· Good knowledge of Maya / Zbrush/Photoshop/BodyPaint/Mental Ray and keen to learn new tools and techniques

· A strong creative eye and problem-solving attitude

· Knowledge of other software such as Cyslice, Boujou, Topogun, Nuke, RealFlow, PRMan and a proven experience in commercials or feature-film work is an advantage

· Needs to possess good communication skills and ability to work in teams

Team Lead VFX – Advertising :

· Experience in leading teams necessary

· Responsible for delivery of Roto and Matchmove Team's work and schedules, as well as the resolution of Technical and Creative Issues

· Will participate in and run meetings, reviews, and planning as part of effective communication with the team.

· Will have to inspire, motivate, and mentor other artists in best practices, processes, and procedures.

· Hands on expertise in Boujou & Maya. Some experience of 3D Equalizer and knowledge of Roto desirable

Production Co-ordinators – Film :

· A minimum of 5 years of Production experience in comparable set-ups

· Responsible for scheduling, tracking, deliveries, report generation, team management and client interaction

· Needs to be an excellent communicator and team player with problem solving abilities

Rotoscope Artists – Film :

· Minimum 2 years of experience

· Will roto 2D digital plates as well as create mattes for the Compositing department

· Should be able to roto in Silhouette

Paint/Prep Artists – Film :

· Minimum 2 years of experience

· Will prepare 2D digital plates for compositing. Tasks would be wire and rig removal, cleaning greenscreens through to plate recreation, using techniques including compositing, painting and projecting.

· Should have the ability to comp in Shake and Nuke.
